Coil Coating

Coil coating is the industrial process of painting coils. The coil is unwound, painted and then rewound to coil form. The painted coil is then sent to manufacturers in all kinds of industries for further operations. Coil coating is also known as "pre-painting" = painting prior to final fabrication.

Our pre-coated metals colour all kinds of products, from building facades to household appliances. With regards to metal building facades, approximately 70% of them all is being coil coated. The process is carried out in a controlled production facility, this is the foundation for its environmental performance. Subsequent benefits are diverse.
